bear out this story tor the yards were

tracks which at most seasons of the
year are tilled with ireight cars. The
alleged great decline in freight tramp
was given by one railroad than as the
real reason by the company had been
compelled to lay cit hundreds of em-
ployee in all branches of the service
and particularly in the freight service.
