day morning at her home. lit North
street, Dsnbury. Mrs. Hamilton. who
was in the seventy first year of her
one. had long been in ill health and
her condition had been critical for
some time. The deceased was the
daughter of Lyman and Mary “is. Gates.
of Danbury. and was one of eleven
children. She is survived by two broth
era. Arthur Gates. of Danbury. and
Amos Gates. Of South Ndrwaik. and by
four sisters. Mrs. William Burdstte.of
Tomtoxauy. 0.; Mrs. John Bosch and
Mrs. Matthew Thompkins. of Weston.

and other relatives also survive her.
Mrs. Hamilton was it member of the

The funeral will be held on Friday at
