tors cf Folrfleld County yesterday.

in the Town of Norwalh, where he use

his Republican opponent Sheriff Sid-
ney it. Hewley. and where he secured
two votes to the present sheriff's one.

elect was the vote he received in the
Town of Norwalk. His host of friends
were not surprised. for Chief Vollmer
