Francis Orr. aged :38, of New Haven, an
inmate at the Connecticut hospital
for the insane since last month, comv

on loaded with dirt. one of the rear
wheels passing over his head and frac-
turing his skull. to company with an
attendant and about fifteen other pa-
tients who are only nllllly Insane, Orr

tomary walk about the premises. On
one of the roads in the, rear of
the main building a learn loaded with
dirt [kissed the crowd, and without
warning Orr sprung out. throw himself
under the wheels. It occurred 80 sud-
tlclrly that the driver had no time to
stop his team, and the attendant being
fifteen feet away from Orr could do
nothing to prercnt the suicide.
