Town Teachers‘ Association hold its
first regular meeting of the year.
There was a large attendance. filling
the lecture hall of the science «to

hipauk school. read the trensurer's re-
port. which shoved a balance of $33
in the treasury. and all bills paid. Miss
Florence’lonnlngs. of the Franklin
wheel. gave a report on behalf of the
delegates of the association to the
Civic Federation. in which the dele-
gates advised the association to on-
dorse two measures. one modiusl in-
spection in the schools and the other
school consolidation under one govern-
ing board.
The associathn by unanimous vote
directed the delegates to urge the

ment for medical inspection in all the
