be most unfair treatment. its bad etc,

that Mr. Bulcom has acted as a bidder
along with the stationary dealers and
had the additional advantage of re
cclvlug the local dealer's bids first.
This was strongly denied today by
Dr. Henry C. Blierw, of the pur-
chasing committee. He said he had
thoroughly investigated the mattor
and had, found that Mr. Balcom had
been acting entirely in the interests
of the town. The town. he said, you

chased for it. than the local dealers
