The decision upon the case which
was heard in tho Norwnik town ooiirl.
on Tuesday of this week. in relation to
llonry (l. Walters, the automobile
chnuifeur. charged with running his
machine without. any license numbers
upon it. and for manslaughter. in that

Anatln Fletcher, who died later at the
Norwulk hospital, has been awaited

ing the court room was well filled and
Judge Lockwood presided. Attorneys
Leo Davis, for the slate, and John J.

different phases of the case, the judge
handed down his decision.
