Last night the City of South Nor-
walk Council took action favorably to-
ward the axpcnditure of 830.000, recom-
mended by tho board of electrical cont-
lnlssioncrs. for an addition and addi-
tional equipment for the municipal
olcctric plant, to meet the domanda of
the growth of the business. The coun~
cII acted favorably toward a bond Is-
sue not to exceed 330.008. but with the
proviso that the whole. project be laid
before a city meeting for the latter‘s
approval. 'I‘ho city mating will be
held next Monday night.
