which he held attached for the Beard

claims that Sheriff liawlcy is respons-

suit is returnable before the superior
court the first Tuesday In January.

machinery needed in the erection of
the building, but that permission to
release the attachment on the building
materials was not given.

the troubles which surrounded the
erection of the Huntington school. The

Charles Ill. Warren. a lifelong resi-
dent of South Norwaik. and a. man
who has been identified with the oyster
business all his life. was found dead
in bed this morning at his home. the
residence of his daughter. Mrs. Silas
Ketcham, at 2 Chestnut street. Mr.
Warren was 02 years of age and his

have been due to heart disease. On
account of the lack of warning of his
demise. Dr. S. H. Huntington. the town
medical examiner, was called to view
the remains.
Mr. Warren‘s death came as a great
