ed out August 23, 1863. He was ad-
mitted to the Home from Wilbrnhant.

the Florida fast mail, was wrecked at
224:1 this morning about two miles
south or Denmark. The fireman is re

Fessenden, while out hunting ”stilt-t
day discovered near Boony village, on
the crest of a hill. the weildelined re-
mains of a fort, built in prehistoric
times by Indians or some tribe that
inhabited this region before the white
man. This is the third find of this
sort Mr. Fessenden has made in the
vicinity of Boon in the past- eight
years, all within the radius eta few
miles. in some parts of what width
an enclosure the embankment is three
to four feet high with a. trench on ei-
ther elde. Some of these primitive
earthworks consist of two trenches
