Executive Council Recommends This
Action at Tomato Convention
TORONTO. Out., Nov. ii.-—’i‘be ex-
ecutive council of the American Fed-
eration of Labor in its report to the
Convention today, recommended that
an appeal be taken to the United
States Supreme Court from the jail
sentences imposed upon President
Campers. Vice-President John Mitchell
and Secretary Frank Morrison for con-
tempt ln the Bucks Steve and Range
Company boycott case.
The council also recommends an on
