sational scandal that has ever occur-
red in the town. the outcome of which
is awaited with interest.
According to all reports, the doctor.
who owns a beautiful residence at the
corner of llafayette and Broad streets
in Milford. where until a week ago he
resided with his wife and child. it is
alleged. has been over friendly with
one Molly Wheaten. Mrs. Wheaten
was granted a divorce several months
ago. and the attentions of the doctor.
it is said. begun at once.
About two months ago. the residents
of the town were enlightened on the
matter. although the practice of the
physician was not materially affected.
it is laid his attentions continued. and
reports concerning the affair were
soon spread throughout the town.
