Mrs. John was the complainant oi' the alleged assault, and told about hubby scratching her face. John was arrested. Over Sun- day Mrs. John sorely repented and this morning she did as thousands of , other women have done who have had their husbands arrested for mistreat- ing them-echo asked that the charge be withdrawn. The judge agreed to the proceeding on condition that Ganyl pay the actual costs involved. Mrs. Bartram Again. much space in the newspapers during the past year or two as any other we- man in town.
