The case of Frederick Hendricks
and Joseph Britto. charged with as.
sauifing each other, came up in the
Town Court, this morning. The two
men had an argument and Britto had
punched Hendricks several times. 01'-
flccr Leatherland was notified that
there was a. fight in progress. and
made the arrests. The case was be-
fore Judge Lockwood. Hendricks
pleaded not guilty and was discharged
Britto was fined 83 and costs, making
a total of 83. 60, which ‘ife paid.

position of the body of an American
dying In ‘London. our consul general
offers some advice to citizens of this
country traveling abroad. He sny:s
“If a citizen of the United States be
traveling abroad unaccompanied it
satchel or pocketbook written instruc-
tions as to what he desires should be
done in the event of anything happen-
ing to him. The envelope containing
such instructions should be headed
‘Instructlons In the event of my death.‘
inclosed he should gire his borne ad-
dress or the address of a friend In the i
United States so that communication .
could be made or the address of any 4
friend or business connection on this 1
side could be mentioned with the same .
object and for the purpoae of obtain- 1
ing necessary funds. 1 have been in- 1
formed on credible authority that a I
person has no legal right to control I
the disposition of his remains. al-

friends would respect the wishes of

ed has had proper medical attendance
