he pleaded guilty to both counts. Judge
Lockwood imposed a fine of 3100 and
costs on Markham Through his ut-
to‘Iney he appealed and it is expected
that the case will come up in the Sn-
perior Court in Bridgeport at the Sep‘
tember term.
