The ho'rse and wagon, of Frederick
Waters. the milkman of Elm street
furnished no end of excitement to pet
destriana in the vicinity of Main and
Wall streets. this morning shortly af-
ter ii o'.clock M1 Waters intention
was to take the animal to a blacksmith
shop In Norwalk to be shod. and had
occasion to leave the horse and wagon
standing in the vicinity of the Green.
The horse. which was not tied. took

regret, her resignation was reluctant-
