One of the worst features with which
the firemen had to contend was the
rotten hose. Norwalk‘ may be In need

Some of the Dangers.
One considerable source of danger
was from the walls, but none of them
fall. though. they were left blue at
the top at the factory. The firemen
guarded the spectators by keeping
them out. of the danger tone. Sections

the air but so far as could be ascer-
tained no one was struck. Several
pieces of slate narrowly grazed fire

During a good section of the flute
