Carl Miller Bound Over to Superior

After another long session in the

Wiilmott found probable cause, and
bound the accused over to tho noxt
term of the criminal Superior court.

nished by a man named Green.
Miller was charged with scattering
poisoned meat on the Springdule
school grounds, the claim being that
his object was to exte1mlnato dogs. ,

terest in Darien 'l‘he complaint was
gotten out. against Millet by Grand
Juror. Bert Jackson. it is said that
the best of feeling has not existed be-
tween the two men for u long time.
Last year Miller brought a civil suit
against Jackson, charging him with
slander. and previously to that time
had him arrested for assault. Jack-
0011, however. insists that there was
no personal animus in his present case
against Miller. though he expresses
the opinion. thatiliililer poisoned his
dog last fall.
The case had three sittings at the
