REGAN CASE TOMORROW.
Monroe StreetClash to be Aired in
Norwaik-No Other Arrests Yet.
The case of John Regan. an employo
of the Clear Fclt Company, who was
had in Monroe sheet, yesterday mom
of the' Crofut & Knapp Company, did
not come to trial this morning, hating
been postponed until Friday afternoon
at 2 o c‘lock in the pollen. court at Nor-
wulk. Regan is charged with assault.
Whether lioiielton the man with
whom Regan had the altciwcstion will
be arrested will not 119 decided until
the evidence in the Regan case is
heard. Prosecuting Attorney Tammany
stated today. Regan maintains that
Boffelton was the aggressor having
made a. noise indicating contempt,
withhis mouth, and had done so on
numerous other occasions.
