she cuts off her husband and leaves

horses and dogs. will not be contested.

vin’ a court this afternoon by Dr. Frank
B. Snow, husband of the deceased.
Mrs. Snow recently brought divorce
proceedings against her husband, but

husband had come here from Valatie

contribution to progress as was the
sewing machine. It instantly made
possible engineering feats which with-
out it could never have been attempt-
ed. It is in use today substantially as
it came from lngersoll's hands. on ev-

er school had a large two horse sleigh
and started for New Canaan last eVen-
ing. The joke is on them today. how-
'ever; for the party only went as far
as Darlen, and were just proceeding
towards New Canaan when, running ,
across a place where the snow had
melted, the sleigh broke down. The '
party were forced to hire a lumber- 1
box wagon from a ri'edrby resident, and
return to Norwalk in that.
