gas department at the company, and
his force had ascertained that today
he was 43 years of age. They had

ring bearing a beautiful Knights
Templar insignia, Mr. Milne being a
member of Clinton Commandery, ol‘
Norwalir. The chief was mystified
when the whole forte showed up in
the office, but he soon learned the ob-
ject of the Hall from the spokesman
William E. Kelsler.

at his home in France street, utter a
three weeks‘ illness of tuberculosis.
Although the physicians bud hold out.
little or no hopes for his recovery
since he was stricken, yet the news of

and regret this morning. He. was em-

since that time he has failed rapidly.
The deceased was 24 years of age. and
is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mai;
