The jury rendered the full judgment
asked for. $250. together with Interest
and the costs of the case.
The case arose. over the purchase of
an automobile known as a Paragon.
Charles A. Volk being the. buyer. and
John W. Colby bclul: the seller. 11 was
claimed in the hill of complaint of the
plaintiff that the purchaser was a
minor at the time, and furthermore,
that Colby made inlsrcprcsentations
concerning the machine. The defense
denied the mlsrepresentations, claim»
ing that the machine was all right, and
that the fault lav with tho purc hasei
who was inexperienced in runing uu

Keogh and (Iandec appeared for the
plaintiff, while. .ludite Edward M.
Lockwood defended. in court yesterday
there were some. interesting passages
at arms between Attorney Keogh and
Judge Lockwood.
