CLINTON, Oct. 28.—lianlel I).
Buell died today at his home, as the
result of a tall four months ago. He
was a member or the building firm of
Buell Brothers, and while at work
on aIresldence III this place fcll thlr

back, and suffering other injuries. This
was on June 12, and since that,time
he has been ,paralzcd from feet to
hips. He was only 49 years old. A
widow, son and daughter survive.
