of West Falmouth. Me., was sentenc-
ed in the superior court here yester-
day to not less than two or more than
five years ill state prison for burglary.
On July 22 Tolman entered the sum-
mer home of M. M. Kimball. in Pom
fret. and stole $76 worth of silver
ware and was arrested in srtford.
