Stamford and Long Ridge Sunday
school; was held Tuesday at Hilton
Point. There were about 100 popple
present, membeis of the North Stain-
ford and Long Ridge churches A large
share of the picnickers drove over in

merry, jolly “kids" and “kiddos." The
start was somewhat delayed on ac-
count of the threatening weather, but
when at last they did arrive at Roton
Point no time was lost. In the twink-
ling of an eye, the meri'y-go-round was
crowded, and girls who spend several
hours each day dressing took just tvi’o,
seconds to get into bathing toss and
into the Water. Most of the “younger
set" spent part. of the day on the
beach or boating. In short, every One
