port. with other friends embarked on
the 9:21 train for the Soldiers' Home
members of the Thomas Warren Cl-
cle, of New Haven who joined wit
the Bridgeporbers on the trip.. On ar-
riving at the home the party received
a cordial welcome from Colonel James
N. 006 and his emclent corps o! as
sislants. A tour of the buildings and
place was taken. and at noon all as-
sembled in the dining room, where din.
Darty adjourned to the chapel. where
the Ladies 011 the G. A. R; held an en-
ing of instrumental and vocal music,
addresses and recitations.
