York to form an association of the oys.

States and Canada. may not be fully
understand. Now that all interests are
harmonized and united in this great .
association. it is right that the real
circumstances should be properly
known. so that no injustice be done.
Last March. nearly a year ago, an
agreement was entered into by the
lending associations and representative
shippers of the coast. to call a national
convention when the right time‘slmilld
