Colored Lad Arrested for Vaprancy

It was a rather sad case that Judge
Joseph it Taylor had to dispose of this
morning, when Joseph Freeman. the
seventeenvyear-old colored boy. was
brought before him this morning on a
charge of vagrancy. The lad had been
