been made and in the. natural course
of events it was anticipated that the
fifth anti last cull could not he muchl
longer delayed. it is felt here that it
will exercise a bone -ilclai effect on the
situation. inasmuch as the banks (l-IS

call has been made this cash is auto-
matically released. The belief also
prevails that the statement resulting
from the call will Show that the cash
reserves of the country banks are very
