lost. sight of the issue because of the
smoke of the six rigged physicians.
Let us recover the question.
There obtains, in fact, in the Nor.-
walk Hospital what some members of
the staff call a rule. This rule is not
included In those adopted by theboard
of directors, the only body empowered
to make rules for the hospital. The
source of the rule is the staff. It is
therefore invalid in origin. This on-
authorized rule of the staff prohibits
a physician who is not a member of
that body, from attending his own
