STOLE SALVATION ARMY BOX.

is mean enough to pick the pennies
off a dead man's eyes apparently as ev-

more of the poor boxes left. at differ-
ent places of business by the Salvation
Army. Yesterday some one stole the
box left at Adam Schmidt's saloon in
North Main street. The box‘ probably
contained several dollars. Mr. Schmidt
was very indignant in speaking about
it today and said that he would give
a reward of $50 to anyone who would
give evidenceupon which a conviction
could be based.
