H. H. Tucker, Jr., tormer secretary~
treasurer of the Uncle Sam Oil Com-
pany, was released here today from the
county pail after serving a three
month’ sentence for contempt impos-
ed by Fedelal Judge Hook. Tucker
was sentenced to jail for reflecting
upon Federal Judges Pollock, Phillips
and McPherson. The allegations were
made in a petition affecting the r-o
ceivei ship of the company tiled before
Judge Hook. Tucke1appeaicd to
