it; serious smash. The machine was
going along the turnpike at a good clip
between Darien and Noroton, when a
small boy suddenly. rim out into the

youngster. and swervlad the machine
to one side colliding with a trolley car
which happened to be passing. The

BLOOMFIELD, August 27. -—A farm-

man is not known, but is thought to
be of the species of applied adder or
