WALIJNGFORD August 3—~Iddward
Simmons, 11 Wallingford resident, died
yesterday evening at 0 o’clock {10m in-
juries received while in swimming the
night before. Simmons was bathing in
Community lake, and in diving from a
limb of a tree fifteen or twenty feet
above the water he struck a submcrg’
cd limb. He was paralyzed from the
waist down.
Simmons was thirty years of age,
