Wheeler and a Jury yesteiduy in
Ada hi. Lockwood and others’ appeal
from probate. Dr, Scoville toldof at-
tending Mrs. Sarah Lockwood, from
the admission of whose will the appeal
is taken. Dr. Scoville said be consid-
ered Mrs. Lockwood the head of the
family and that her will was law in
the household. He told of his visits
all his treatment of her for diabetic
trouble and for grip in 1891.
He did not think these had lessened
her will, but only remembered one I11-
stanoe in which she opposed him
strongly and that was relative to
wearing heavier undevelothiug after
the attack of the grip. She refused to
