Hamden Man Wants Damages l'or
injuries: to Hit Son and to Hie
Horse.
Deputy Sheriff. Peter Doolun. of
Bridgeport, yesterday, served papers
on the Connecticut Railway and Light-
ing Company, in two suits brought by
liamden parties for damages'because
of injuries or damage through the col
lision of a trolley car with a wagon
loaded with cord wood.
The that suit: is that of William C.
Warner, a minor. who sues thorough:
his father, Charles A. Warner. and is
for $2.000 damages. The allegation
states that the accident occurred on‘
September 11, 1906, at Dudley‘s cross~
lug. between Mt. Carmel center and
Cheshire. xlt further states that the
three-horse wagon was demolished and
that young Warner received various
painful injuries to his back and inter-
moi injuries which are permanent.

injured so badly that. it died and the
