The improvement of the roads in the
smaller. towns would have the effect of
enhancing property values consider-
ably, and for that reason realty own-
ers in the country are very anxious
that something of this kind be done
by the state.

small jobs. as they are now, there will
no doubt be some contractors ready to
take the larger contracts. There is
money to be made in this work. they
