Bureau des Longitudes has decided
to send to Samarakand a. scientific mis-
sion to observe the eclipse of the sun
that will be visable in central Asia on
January 13, 1907. The mission will be
under the direction of the astronomer.

the tad of the hour. says Vogue, and
among them the use. of garnet. jewelry
is noticeable. A lovely bracelet is
