MIDDLETOWN, Nov. Blip—Mrs. Ber-
tha Magersuppe. of Danbury, who was
sent to the State Asylum for the In-
saue on October 10. has brought suit
for her release on the ground that she
has recovered her reason. Mrs. Mu.
gersuppe chloroformed her eight-
iiiOiithsold infant. and she was charg-
cd with murder in the Superior Court
in Bridgeport. She was acquitted on
the ground of insanity and sent to the
asylum.
The action is returnable to the Mid
dlesex County Superior Court, and will
