grits for stove parts in the decal lac»
ry.
The attachment was made by Den“-
ty Sheriff John W. Scullsy. through
Hurlhutt and Davis, attorneys acting
vforfnoutli. Naehod. and. Kuhne. bfiiik'
ers. in New York.
The claim of this concern is $1.982-
28 and patterns valued at 82,500 have
been attached to secure it.
The Richardson and Morgan Com—
pany. sellers of stoves, ranges. etc..
has been having parts of stoves made
at the local foundry for some time
and have ordered large amounts of
the goods from the United States
Floundry and Scales Company, which
manufactured them from patterns
owned by the Richardstm and Morgan
Company.

has sold its bills against the Rich-
ardson and Morgan Company to
Knouth. Nachod and Kuhne. These
sales took place in March. April and
June and there were twenty-seven sa~
ies of bills made.

present suit against them resulted.
The case is returnable to the Court
of Common Pleas the first Tuesday in
