For Norwalk and 'viciuity: Show-
ers and warmer tonight. Clearing
Sunday. The disturbance that was
central near Moorhead, Minn, yester-
day morning, has moved eastward and
new forms an extended area of low
pressure central over Lake Superior.
It is producing cloudy weather with 10-
cal showers andthunderstorms from
the Upper Mississippi Valley eastward
to the coast. This vicinity is on the
southern edge of the dsturbance. The
weather will be partly cloudy, with
ghowers. followed by clearing on Sam

here today from appendicitis, aged
at years. He was born April 27. 1842
in New Haven. was graduated in the
(loss of 1864 at, Yale. studied medicine
at the Yale Medicliai School and after-
wards at the College of Physicians and
Surgeons in New York city, receiv-
ing his'iucdlcal degree from the for-
mer institution in 1866. Since then he
has practiced medicine In this city,
though of late ycenr his practice has
been must interrupted by ill~hculili. in
earlier years he was one of lho stuff
of the New urea Hospital and has
bcen u mcmbcr of many medical so~
cities. He married in mun a daughter
of Prof Alfred Stille. of the llnivcrslly
of Pennsylvania, who died in 189:").
