After receiving this letter Mayor
Glover to‘olt‘ a trip on the avenue with
George L. Lockwood in an automobile
and found that when the machine was
going at the legal rate. 12 miles an
hour. much dust was raised.

avenue this summer, as was the case

frame dwelling house at 17 Union

granted Charles N. Arnold to erect a
small bars on his property. at 12 Camp
street.

The bills paid during the evening
