Numerous complaints have been re-

James Ellis was picked up again yes-
terday afternoon by the Norwulk no
lies, Chief of Police Thomas Brad—

Ellis was drunk on one of the Smith
street docks and found him in such u
condition that he looked him up at. the
Smith street lockup. The court offic-
ials were out of town today and as u
result the case has gone over until
tomorrow morning. Ellis was before
the court a short time ago and was or-
dered to appear April 30th to give an
accounting but did not show up. As
a result the present churge is likely
