ter the death of relatives several

ever, to be kept intact and at his
death to be divided among certain des-
ignated heirs. W. S. Clark. of Bay
brook Junction, station agent of the
New York, New Haven and Hartford
Railroad. was named as executor to
divide the estate after the death of
Mr. Bacon. Occurrences of the last
few months have led Mr. Clark to ask
that he be appointed conservaotr over
Mr. Bacon. It is alleged that the
will has disappeared, and that. Mr. Ba-
con's whole property has been trans-
ferred to Robert F. Rowland. who en-
tered Mr. Bacon's employ two years
ago as a cook. The transfer was
recently recorded omits probate office
C. B. Walter, of New London, has
been retained as counsel by Mr. Clatk
while A. P. Tanner, also of that city,
is attorney for the defense.
