against Franklin Farrel, the Ansouia
millionaire, in which is involved dam-
ages of $280,000 growing out of the
sale of Parrott Mine stock, was re-
sumed yesterday in the United Stator
Circuit “Court Albert U Brown, mem-
ber of the firm of brokers who are. the
plaintiffs, contin his testimony. in
order to list. the stock, said the wit-
