tioa in this city last night trying to

day. A general police alarm was sent
out calling for the arrest of Kelly on
a charge of homicide. The fugitive
was a strikehreaker, who entered the

while a strike was in progress. and

asked to watch for him in the faint
hope that he may return to his former
home. Coroner Scholar today urged
the poll to make every effort to ap-
