John M. Hall, formerly president. of
the New York. New Haven and Hart-
ford railroad. was Saturday, filed in
the probate court.‘New Haven. by the
appraisers. Arthur M. Young, of Ben
ton. and George Ill. Stiles, of Willi-
mautic. Their statement shows that
the total amount of the estate is 8288,-
361.85. of which $35,300 is real estate
and $223,361.85 ersonal property.
Judge' Hall died intestate and the
property will be divided among his
children, John immcr Hall, of Boston,
and two daughters of New Hayen, at‘
ter the widow‘s (lower is abstracted.
Judge Hall was appointed to the an.
parlor court bench in 1889; and four
years later became vicepresident of
the New York. New Haven and Hart-
ford Railroad Company, succeeding to
