ruff. Colonel Ullman, John H. Pierce,
Judge Maltbcwson, Theodore Macdon—
ald, Mr, Brookcr of Ansonia, and
four or five others.
The bill proposed 111 1893 was placed

was prepared and presented to the
legislative connnittee. aimed to cover
law. practically the same as the Harri-
