judges of the Supreme and Superior
courts shall be raised even though
their terms have not expiled,1s eon

tion which will be heard by a short-
handed court. it is obviously a bill
which is of personal interest. to the
judges whom it affects, and some good
lawyers, who have studied its con
tents. say tllnt most or the judges
will be disqualified from considering
the question of its constitutionality.
