Special hill Meeting
The inhabitants. legal voters. of the
Town of Norwalk are hereby notified
and warned that a special town meet-
ing will be held in the Town Hall, on
at 8 o’clock in the evening, for the
following purposes, to wit:—
i. To lay the annual town tax.
2. To make the annual appropria-
tion for the support of the public
schools.
3. To hear the report of the Select-
men on plans and specifications for
operating tho Washington street draw
bridge by power. ‘
i. To consider the nlrutcr of paying
the roots of the outside town poor,
and fix the amount to be paid in any
one cusc; or to give the Selectmen
such instructions in the matter as the
molding may deem advisable.
5. To consider the matter of put-
ting cruckcd slonc on the town high-
ways. and to give the Selectmen such
instructions in the matter as the meet-
ing may deem advisable.
6. To fix the amount of compensa-
tion for the Tree Warden.
